We offer free surveys and advice on your existing fire alarm system, to ensure you are compliant with UK legislation covering fire safety.  Different legislation is applicable, depending on the building type and usage.  The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 is the main piece of legislation applicable (see our Resources Page) covering the fire safety obligations for Employers and Landlords in the UK.  However, there are various British Standards and Guidance also applicable depending on the building use.  Let us take the headache out of managing your fire safety systems for you!

We offer servicing that is fully compliant with the recommendations laid out in BS5839 Clause 45 and BS 9999 Annex I.  Our engineers are fully trained and provide full reporting on each visit.  BK Fire also installs a free logbook to ensure that you have records available for inspection by either the Local Authority of the Fire Authority, should they need them.

We offer annual servicing of up to 10 extinguishers for £30 plus VAT.  Our extinguisher technician can offer advice on the extinguishers necessary for your premises, to ensure compliance with BS5306-3:2017.  BK Fire can provide you with expert service and advice when it comes to ensuring your extinguishers are suitable for your business.
