Emma, our Quotes Administrator, is skilled and knowledgeable about various aspects of the industry and has over 20 years' experience in admin.  Emma has been with us for 5 years.

Operations

Our Operations Team schedule all our jobs and manage our engineers.

Dave, Operations Manager, is trained in various types of fire safety system and has over 35 years' experience in the industry.  Dave has been with us for 11 years.

Engineers

Our Engineer team consists of 3 engineers and an apprentice.

Zack is our commissioning engineer and has been with us for 6 years, working his way up from trainee.

Nathan is our service engineer and has been with us for 4 years (with a short break!).  Nathan is qualified to carry out extinguisher maintenance and has specialist manufacturer training on wireless systems.

Troy is our newest engineer, carrying out maintenance and small works alongside Nathan.

Christopher is our Apprentice, working towards a Level 3 NVQ in Fire, Emergency & Security Systems.

Admin

Our Admin Team manages the extinguisher servicing and provide admin support to all the teams, including invoicing, certification and accreditation.

Rizza started with us as an Apprentice, has worked her way up to Operations Supervisor and is now our Office Manager.  Rizza has been with us for 6 years and is a key team member at BK Fire.

Ella is our Admin Assistant and is working towards a Business Admin Level 3 NVQ.
